FIT SIZING
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Item(s) are generally shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation and an email with tracking information is sent when the order ships. The average delivery time for standard shipping is five (5) to ten (10) business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for an additional fee paid by the customer. Due to abnormally high volume during clearance sales, shipping may take longer than normal.
Standard shipping for all orders over $149 (pre-tax) is FREE in the 48 contiguous states. For orders under $149, a $10 flat rate is applied. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, a $3.00 surcharge is automatically added at checkout.
Orders shipping to Canada are eligible for standard shipping only and will be assessed a $10 surcharge at checkout. Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes collected by the Canadian Borders Services Agency.
All clearance sales are FINAL but one free exchange will be offered on Little Black Pant products only.
If you wish to exchange you Little Black Pant item, for a different Shapelogic Size, please call Customer Support to speak with a Shape Specialist at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery for an RMA# and free return shipping label, and we will send you the new size in the same item(s) at no charge.
These pants are so comfortable. I decided I needed to get out of sweat pants. These pants look smart and dressy but are also so nice to wear. Highly recommend them.
I'm so happy that I can get the short version of pants to avoid extra hemming charges . These look dressy or casual so are all purpose for me.
The pants fit just right! No excess anywhere, not too long, not too short. Customer service is really exceptional. I made a mistake and ordered pants that were too long and customer service very quickly made the adjustment for me and sent me the correct length. I really appreciate that.

These are the best fitting pants I have ever had. This company goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I had a problem with a delivery caused by the carrier and M&M made it right immediately. I would highly recommend this company and the products.

I have several pairs of both the straight side zip and the ankle side zip pants. They are by far the best fitting pants I have ever worn, hands down! The material is flattering and has maintained its shape over time. I am so sorry they are being discontinued. They are a great price now and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering them. I wear a 6-1 and the 8-1 depending on the amount of chocolate I eat!! Both sizes are a perfect fit when my weight fluctuates. Please reconsider discontinuing the side zip pants.

If you would prefer to return vs. exchange, please call Customer Service at 800-250-4255 within 30 days of delivery for an RMA# and free return shipping label. Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days after we receive confirmation that your return package has been scanned by the shipper.
Please note $7.00 for processing will be deducted from your refund amount. You will then receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. Based on the policies of your financial institution, refunds may take up to a full billing cycle to reflect the credit in your account.
Permissible items for return must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, and must be returned with the original packaging.
